Take the First Step Toward Steadier Ground

You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready for support, I’m here to help you find clarity, balance, and a way forward.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, facing a major life transition, or simply ready for change, therapy can offer a steady place to begin.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Healing through Empathy

With over 30 years of experience, I have supported military families and veterans, as well as individuals navigating grief, chronic and terminal illness, infertility, postpartum depression, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ+ concerns.

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, like stepping into unfamiliar waters, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Seeking therapy is a courageous and compassionate investment in yourself.

I offer a calm, non-judgmental, supportive space where you can process challenges, gain clarity, and begin to restore a sense of balance. Whether you are facing a life transition, parenting stress, relationship changes, or simply seeking to better understand yourself, our work will be grounded in thoughtful insight and steady support.

My approach is collaborative, and above all, personal. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, creating a process that helps you feel more anchored, more in control, and more connected to your needs and values.

It is an honor to be part of this work.
